Dedicated Keyworker Support
Each child is assigned a keyworker who carefully completes your child’s daily diary, updates their online learning journey, and carries out monthly assessments to track progress and development.
Open Door & Parent Evenings
We host parents’ evenings twice a year and maintain an open-door policy, welcoming parents and carers to stay and play or chat with our team whenever they wish.
Monthly Newsletters & Events
Our monthly newsletters keep you updated on upcoming events, opportunities to get involved—like coffee mornings, stay and play sessions, or joining our parents’ committee—as well as staff training and nursery news.
Valuing Your Feedback
We highly value the thoughts and opinions of our parents and carers, seeking regular feedback to help us continually improve the care we provide for both you and your child.
Share Your Ideas Anytime
Parents are encouraged to share comments and ideas via our reception comments board, by email, or simply by chatting to a member of our friendly team.
Parent Zone
Parent zone is a smartphone app which gives you access to information about your child’s time with us at nursery.
You will have access to a timeline of daily events and observations and assessments (including photos and videos). You can add observations from home, request to update your contact details and communicate with us through direct messages.
You will receive an email from us to register your email address to invite you to access ‘ParentZone’.
Please make sure we have an up-to-date email address for you. Emails to register ‘ParentZone’ will automatically be sent to Mum and Dad. If you would like any other carers/family members to access ‘ParentZone’ please notify us
You can download the app for ‘ParentZone’ on both android and iOS (apple) devices. Just head over to the respective app store and search for ‘ParentZone’.
